No wifi networks found

Hey recently I bought a new laptop and since then I was experiencing an issue with network sometimes randomly my network card stoped working and it couldn't find any networks I used to be able to fix it by just rebooting the card but now it became worse nothing seems to fix it I tried reinstalling the drivers and even installing older version of drivers but all it did was provide a temporary fix and it's not the network card either since it works fine on linux but not on windows
