No Wi-Fi networks found

Hello! I opened my laptop today and for some reason my laptop cannot detect any networks. I tried disable and enabling the adapter in Device Manager, I also tried doing the command prompts, and also tried troubleshooting, but even that says “We cannot run the network diagnostic test”. The wifi isn’t the problem as every other device can connect to the internet with no issues. How do I fix this?
