Hello,I don't ever write on a forum or chat room to have questions answered, but I have to. I am disappointed with Microsoft and the way they run their company. I have an 80-year-old mother I am trying to help get assistance with her account that has been locked and can not get into her computer. She was running Windows on her computer that was set up by my Father, who passed away a few years ago. She does not have any of the passwords and the email he used has been shut down.
