I bought an HP all in one touch screen computer a while back for my manager, and he had setup the entire thing on his business gmail account. I was going through it trying to change out everything to set it back up as myself ( not sure why he set it up as himself at all and simply didn't add himself as a user ) and I could not seem to get any changes made to the administrator account he setup. It's using Windows 11 Home, and I had to use lusrmgr to access the user and group privlages. I went through all the users and they were all enabled, but the secondary administrator account I had setup
