No Start, Search or Icons in the taskbar from an initial install of windows on a new machine.

New computer with Windows 11 installed - Custom build - OEM Win11 installed on pickup.Started with a microsoft account and followed the installation process.From the start no icons (start menu, search, etc. icons are all missing) in the task-bar except for the ^ carat for the other system tray icons.I've tried everything here: Fix problems with the Start menu - Microsoft Support - No luck.And Redirecting
