No Response from MicroSoft Support Requests

I have purchased an upgrade windows 11 home to windows 11 pro (new Samsung laptop) from MicroSoft store. This refuses to run more than 10% when I get the error message Windows upgrade failed: 0xc004f050 I have spoken to Samsung (they can't fix) and I have left 3 x service requests with Microsoft support .No one responds. Terrible service. I cannot get through on any live chat or telephone response as annoying AI jumps in, gives options and then says goodbye!Can anyone sort this for me please? I have followed all the Microsoft self-help instructions (I am pretty IT savy) and nothing work
