No overwrite prompt displayed when copying multiple folders from phone to PC

Hello,I wanted to make a backup of the files on my phone. I've done this once before, so I assumed that another copy would be relatively quick, as most of the files already exist on my PC. However, I find that Windows 11 (22H2) does not ask me what to do with the pre-existing files, it only asks me what to do with the folders, overwriting the pre-existing files without question. The "Hide folder merge conflicts" checkbox is not in checked state. If I copy the existing files on the PC to another folder, the prompt appears. What setting should be changed?Thanks!
