I am using Windows App on my personal device (latest updated win10). When I am trying to login to my microsoft working account, I cannot see the option to use authenticator after entering passwords (only certifacts/smarcard and face/fingerprint/pin/passkey available, but I do not have a physical key right now). This routine worked fine until this morning. I have made sure my mobile authenticator is listed in aka.ms/mfasetup.
