no network in safe mode (in Windows on ARM Surface Laptop 7, Qualcomm)

I repeat more or less a post from Keith Alderton in 2022, however, this time with respect to a new Surface Laptop7 with Win on ARM. Keith's case has been closed, but I have obviously the same problem, only 2 years later. (I undeline the differences to Keth' post.)I am using fully up to date Windows on ARM (surface Laptop 7)_In normal operation everything works fine but I have a Broadband performance issue and my provider wants me to collect SpeedTest data in Safe More.However, when I restart using Advanced options and select 5(F5) the machine boots into Safe Mode BUT no Ethernet!Looking in
