No Micorosft programs will open with paid subscription

The oddness things are happening. I have a clean install of all my programs including Windows. I can open no existing files (word, excel, powerpoint); I can write a document but I cannot save it; errors occur while PowerPoint is saving a file. Every time I try to open a file in word, it will same it cannot open the existing file, before I even select a file. If I open a blank page, I can type on it, but it is impossible to save. I am an active MS 365 and office subscriber but the programs simply do not work. I cannot access the Desktop folder. When I click on the desktop I get a "F:\Ipad reco
