No internet connection but some apps are working fine

[Windows 11]

I have a proper working internet connection but my pc says No internet connection.Its my pc problem as my wifi is working with all my other devicesI tried connecting to other networks but still same issueI have windows 11 Cant access apps like spotify, micosoft store and settings(only some functions are working)already tried many solutions like issuing commands in cmd,reinstalling drivers, etcPlease help.
