No i/o after startup

Hey guys, I write for my first time here because I really don’t know where to start.After updating my os I went to start the pc, all the fans are going, the LED indicators on the case are working, but I can’t get it to post anything on the screen (I have 2 monitors) nor I can get any mouse/keyboard to blink.I tried power draining, and restart, nothing.I tried removing the SATA cables from the drives (?), nothing. I unplugged all the usb devices, but the keyboard, nothing.I tried plugging just one monitor in the motherboard slot, avoiding the GPU, nothing.I tryed to access the emergency mode (
