No device drivers found? How do i fix this

Hello my name is Skylar, I recently built my pc and am on the stage of trying to install Windows 11. It tells me no Device drive detected and so I bought and external DVD drive and nothing is working i use it in the set up menu to see if the disc that came with my motherboard which is a B-660, and nothing pops up all it does is restart my PC. I am very lost and don't know what to do anymore.
