No Desktop Access And Windows Fails To Install At 60%

Around 2 weeks ago my laptop just suddenly crashed and the auto repair continued to fail.Most of the solutions to the problem I have requires you ti be on your desktop which I can't access.After jumping through alot of hoops, I managed to use my phone to get windows 11 on a USBWhen using USB to repair windows, it fails the automatic repair. When I attempt to reinstall it, it fails at 60%Any fixes I've seen require access on the pc's desktop, which I cannot reachAny advice would be helpful, at this point I'm not bothered about my files and I'm more focused on having the PC actually work
