No Bootable Device

Hello guysI want to ask about my laptop which became a no bootable device.It started when I wanted to install linux mint and pika os. I got the installation tutorial from YouTube and I saw that he managed to dualboot his computer.I tried allocating my ssd to create a manual partition for the linux mint and here I used ventoy when creating a bootable. I tried the tutorial and after success booting remained to windows 11.Finally I decided to try another way by installing linux alongside windows but detected a bitlocker, I tried all the ways on YouTube to turn off the bitlocker but still detected
