No bit locker code in my account for PC restoring

At the start up I have and error of Windows and the system suggest to restore it using BITLOCKER. When I go in my account there is nor BITLOCKER code. IT could be that the first configuration was done by the shop with another account: how can find the BitLocker code for my PC ? or at least the account that are associated to Windows installed in my PC ? otherwise what I can do to restore Windows ? Format loosing all data ? thanks
