no audio when playing xbox games that connect to xbox live or xbox network maybe idk

I downloaded grounded and sea of thieves and on both games the instant that i connect to the sever after hitting start game on sea of thieves and grounded all audio gets removed idk id the service is requesting too much from my audio device but i don't have this problem on any other games even games that have VoIP and severs to connect to for their service.
