No audio through any 3.5mm jacks or ports through an adapter; realtek hd audio is installed but does not appear in device manager

Want to start by saying I've done the basic troubleshooting; I've restarted my PC, checked for updates, tried to view hidden devices on my device manager, checked that realtek isn't disabled in my sound settings, I can't select it through my playback options, tested my headphones on other devices, etc. On my pc, I can listen to audio just fine through bluetooth, but I get no sound through either my front or back 3.5mm jacks, nor does my audio work when trying to use a USB-C to 3.5mm jack adapter.
