No audio on HPAIO Pavillion with B&O

I have an HP AIO that has B&O audio that I am unable to get any audio from. I have tried the troubleshooter but nothing works. I'm a little confused because the speakers are B&O but the device shows Realtek and the driver generic. HP doesn't recognize the problem in the troubleshooter. Also, I tried to reset the BIOS as this is one of the steps in the troubleshooter and I'm looking for version 6 or 7 and I found version F.30 as my BIOS version....odd, right? Then I went to the Computer Management and looked up one of the logs under Audio it shows a 'parent" Screenshot belowOK - it
