No audio on computer, has something to do with RealTek and maybe nvidia?

Hello, I am not very knowledgeable about PCs and such and my computer is a pre-built from years ago that I have upgraded some. However, I am somewhat knowing of things. Here are the things I did do though.Windows 10Intel i7-8700I have a 4060 Ti (originally this was a 1060 3gb)16gb ramPRIME H310-PLUS I want to preface this by saying this is a BRAND NEW ISSUE at the time of writing this I have worked on it for around 4 to 5ish hours now.
