No audio device is installed

[Windows 11]

I dont know exactly what caused it, but I recently update my drivers through CCleaner. I've revert all driver updates I made that day (today), but it still doesn't work. Ive tried all fixes I find online but I still can't fix it.my device is lenovo yoga c640Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10510U CPU @ 1.80GHz 2.30 GHzWindows 11 ProThe one not working on device manager is Intel High Definition DSPSolutions I've tried:- Uninstalling the driver- Troubleshooting- installing drivers from lenovo- reverting the drivers from cleaner- windows update- downloaded graphic drivers installer from intel, in version 1
