Ever since I upgraded to Win 11, my laptop has been behaving erratically. I really do not want to roll back at this moment as I have a lot of data stored on my laptop that I do not want to lose.I have been having issues with my keyboard, where during boot, I could enter bios and select os to boot. but once windows started, the keyboard would not operate. I removed my driver as suggested elsewhere on this forum and rebooted and it resolved my keyboard issue.HOWEVER, my sound icon now has a cross on it saying no device installed.
