No audio device installed

I've tried literally everything suggested , from installing a new REaltek audio driver to uninstalling it and installing once more , nothing seems to work and my installed drivers don't seem to show up even under hidden drivers kindly assist , I have been without sound on my laptop for a while now and it is really inconveniencing me especially cause it all started having issues randomly
