No audio and so many more issues! Please Help!

I lost all audio and it says my system files are corrupted but everything I do on youtube doesn't work, and I have a x in the bottom right over the mic symbol and it says I have no audio outputs, I tried resseting it says " we couldn't reset your PC, no changes where made", ever since the update I installed its like all my files are corrupted, I tried to restore but it dosent show anything about the update. Is their any fix to this please help. I know this happened to a lot of people recently but I still have not found a fix.
