No admin User

My user profile(s) show I'm admin but I'm not being seen as admin after login, and admin is grayed out if i try to change it in Users. any personalize changes reverts back after a logout. Also the store states that i'm not logged in as admin. thanks. PS I think this happend after my bios died, I had to reset it by removing the battery.
