TLDR: When in the Windows start up menu after a reinstall of Windows 11, I can only select prompts with an external mouse, and the keyboard won't work.I attempted to factory reset my Microsoft Surface Laptop 3 2020 a few days ago, and it wouldn't read the recovery drive/recovery image. I just downloaded Windows 11 to a USB stick from a friend's laptop using the Window's "create installation media" and it seemed like the process was going well, up until I got to the setup menu, and it would only sometimes let me click things (only with an external mouse mind you), and no access to the keyboard,
