NIC card has no wifi, but wifi has just appeared on my pc... Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 3165

I came home and all of a sudden my pc was connected to wifi.... i bought this dell PC workstation with no WIFI card.... i have had it for 4-6 years... never had wifi, integrated nic card doesnt have wifi. no it says i have Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 3165But now all of a sudden i have wifi??? I was using the pc and internet all day, i left for like an hour came back and my pc was connected to wifi, how? I have router for wifi for cameras, phones, etc. but my pc has always been connected to lan, "hardwired" by cat cord. I dont even have a pc option to connect to lan now.Password didnt work f
