NFTS Drive error with CHKDSK

I have some Data on a USB-Stick, that i am not allowed to loose, but now I cant mount it. Windows Explorer says: "D:\ is not accessible. The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable."I ran CHKDSK as admin and am getting different error codes based on the args. for the logs of chkdsk /f (resulting error 1603) see this pastebin.for the logs of chkdsk /f /r (resulting error 14cd) see this pastebin.I have looked online but can't find any information on these errors. I need the documents on this usb drive. Thanks in advance
