Newly installed SSD in Dell Inspiron not found in the boot system

I have a relatively new Dell Inspiron 15 3511 laptop, (less then 3 years). I have a boot problem after using a low voltage cable, and I changed the SSD with a new similar SSD.I made a bootable installation media (an old SSD) to install windows.I installed the new SSD in the laptop and tried to run the computer, but did not find in the boot system. So, I formatted it to NFTS (GPT format) and installed it into the computer, and I’m still having a boot problem.Below are the screenshots of the boot configurations and error message that I’m having: Boot sequence. 1- UEFI SABRENT SABRENT D89876
