Newly built PC restarts after being woken from sleep (kernel 41 critical error)

I recently built my first PC and I am having an issue where when I put the pc into sleep mode and then wake it up (using power button, mouse, or keyboard) it goes into the Lock Screen and allows me to type in my pin and allows me into windows. Then about 30 seconds later, the system restarts without warning, the screen goes black (the system stops displaying to the monitors) and then loads right back into windows Lock Screen. When I go into event viewer it gives me a kernel 41 error (Bugcheck code 0). I have tried (it seems to me) everything under the sun (besides swapping hardware) to fix thi
