Newly build pc with all new parts keeps on restarting and blue screening while trying to setup windows 11

it all started when i was installing windows OS to the pc with my flash disk. i click the ssd nvme disk to download the OS but at 10% sometimes 46% and 50% keeps on getting my pc blue screen. yes i did the OS installation perfectly, i did format everything from the flash disk b4 downloading the OS. the first time i tried to download the OS i only see 2 disks (my nvme m.2 and my flash disk). because my pc keeps on blue screening and restarting i always see there are more than 2 disks on the “select which disk you want to download windows on” page. which i formatted and deleted all beside my fla
