New windows update broke my keyboard

Since I updated to Windows 11, 24H2, earlier today my keyboard has not worked. I have checked the keyboard drivers, they are up to date. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the driver's as well. I uninstalled and reinstalled the windows update to no avail. Is there any way to fix this?
