New windows install causes Kernel power error (41) - VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE/nvlddmkm.sys at fault, but not HW issue

I recently reinstalled Windows 11 Pro on a new SSD disk, and immediately started having issue with the PC freezing and power off randomly. The PC crash randomly, both during download, gaming, browsing or right after startup of windows.I have tried multiple times to format and reinstall windows, updated BIOS, installed all drivers (Chipset, Nvidia driver included), done DDU install and Nvidia clean install of the driver, but it still happens multiple times a day.
