New Windows desktop doesn't have Windows/Microsoft Store and can't get it to install either. Using Windows 11. How to fix this?

I just got a new desktop PC and started it up today. It came installed with Windows 11 home edition. As I was checking everything out, I noticed I didn't have the notepad app installed. So, I tried to go to the Windows/Microsoft Store to download it, only to realize that wasn't installed on my desktop either. Tried to open it through the browser, but the launch button was unresponsive there too. Looked up some help guides to fix it, but neither option I found worker, as shown below.I first tried to run powershell as administrator, and copied text from the guide: "Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore*
