Having an awful experience with customer service. Trying to fix an issue with new pc. Windows 11 pro was installed I paid for upgrade and nothing works. Spent 30 minutes on hold for someone to tell me they have to transfer me to accounts and billing. Then waited 2 and a half hours to be hung up on. Thank you for wasting my time. I understand people are busy with other customers. Then create a chat like every single other company that techs can respond to easier.
