New windows 10 install on my pc fails to setup windows hello and device manager shows hardware I don't have.

I recently reinstalled Windows 10 Home 64bit on my pc.Everything goes smoothly until it asks for a windows hello pin. At which point it states "something went wrong, We weren't able to set up your pin, You can try again or skip this step and set up a pin later. Trying again has the same results.I then continued with the installation including updates without any further issues until I looked in Device Manager and saw a base device with a yellow warning icon. After looking up the hardware id (VEN 8086, DEV 1911) it turns out to be "Xeon E3-1200 v5/v6 / E3-1500 v5 / 6th/7th Gen Core Processor Ga
