New SSD works just fine, but does not show as an option in the boot menu.

Hi,I’ve been trying to get this to work for several hours and searched the posts here for some help but answers were only tangentially related.My PC recognizes my new 1tb SSD as storage. It was formatted correctly and I have moved files to it. I made a huge mistake of deleting windows from my old 500gb SSD, only to realize the new SSD is not an option in my boot priority.I thought it would all be over when I brought out my USB to fresh install windows on the new SSD, but this did not remedy the situation. I was able to install Windows, but was not able to boot. The old SSD and flash drive both
