New SSD not being seen in Windows Explorer-

I have installed a new 2nd SSD (Crucial T500 2MB M.2), Ran Disk Management, and Initialized and formatted the disk. Disk management shows the disk as online a healthy (basic data partition). I tried running the diskpart, (as administrator) and it found the new disk but would not let me select the disk to run clean and start over.Any ideas would be appreciated. Norm
