New ram blue screen memory problem

[Windows 11]

Dropbox just just new ram 32gb 3200 i put it in and i started blue screening i thought it was because i didn't put it in properly it said memory management. i thought i fixed it then i started to blue screen again i thought it was from xmp but i still bsod when i turned it off this is my dump file in a dropbox
