New Profile created after Security intelligence Update KB2267602 - Windows 10

My wife called me this morning to look at her Lenovo laptop. When she went to use her computer, there was no Firefox or Chrome on her computer and all the usual icons on her desktop were gone. Documents folder was empty. I restarted the PC and logged back in with the usual password - but still none of her expected documents and settings were there. In her Users folder the Danielle2020 folder was the one I was logged into. It had none of the hundreds of expected files and folders that she has created over the years she has used the laptop.
