new pc stuck in (never meant to set up as child) parental control, windows send code but not receive in the (done all the recovery and authentication by second pc, and to login to the oulook email account) recovered outlook email, so the login process stuck in the never ending loop, search through al the self help and the answer from"Microsoft advisor", the question never answered in any thread.
