I am unable to sign into Windows on my HP Desktop. Microsoft requests that I reset password. I have reset the pass word many times over four days to the point where it exceeds the number of times allowed and pushes me into the next day. After resetting the password successfully, Microsoft Windows rejects the password saying it's wrong. Microsoft will not allow setting up a pin number either. There doesn't seem to be a way to contact Microsoft directly by phone as none of their online solutions work either
