New Nvidia driver is installed, but system still wants to read my old graphics card

I have a Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 on my home-built PC. My old one was AMD. But even after updating the Nvidia driver today, I still get an error message when I turn on my computer: "No AMD graphics driver is installed, or the AMD driver is not functioning properly. Please install the AMD driver appropriate for your AMD hardware." I also get this: "A driver cannot load on this device. A security setting is detecting this as a vulnerable driver and blocking it from loading. You'll need to adjust your settings to load this driver." The driver listed in that error message is AMDRyzen. When
