New notebook - cannot sign in or request new pin

[Windows 11]

Good afternoon.I got a new notebook and cannot sign in with my Hotmail account pin or password. Trying to request a new pin a few times -- also does not work as I never get the mail in my inbox.... (Checked spam/junk folders...)I need to either chat to a Microsoft employee (either via live chat or e-mail) - but none of the official Microsoft pages have contact info or a live chat option (that works)So, if you have URLs or e-mail addresses I can use, please let me know....Regards,P.Claassens
