New Microsoft account is suspended and could not be reinstated

Hello, good day. We recently bought a new laptop 2 weeks ago and created a new family Microsoft account as the main account for the laptop. My wife set it up and she registered her own data and her fingerprints as login procedure. My own fingerprint was not registered as I assume I can just login using the PIN. Then she asked me to install all our needed applications, so I was primarily the one constantly logging in and using the laptop.
