New laptop, Windows 11. Every time I press the ctrl key a different function occurs (project, print, magnify, volume).

How can I fix this problem? I've had the computer for a few weeks and have tried restarting and updating drivers. I have disabled sticky keys. I cannot use any CTRL+shortcuts. Other shortcuts (alt+tab) work just fine.
