New Laptop not showing no Network adapter driver, What to do?

I have bought a new laptop recently and upon instaling wndows 11 i noticed i dont have no network adapter, i searched online and most videos i see come with one adapter and they just activate this one adapter, but mine doesnt show none what can i do to solve this?
