New laptop making fart noises after the computer fan noises stop

I recently got a new windows 11 microsoft laptop, but for some reason it keeps making fart noises after the fan noises die down. This means everytime I shut down the laptop, and when the computer fan stops noisily whirling, a loud fart noises comes out of the computer. Furthermore, the computer's fan makes really loud noise. As mentioned before, this laptop is new, and these problem has been occurring from the moment I first turned it on. How do i get rid of these noises?
