new internet service with free router, am 1 of 25 networks on ethernet, computer possessed,,,,,

recently got Frontier "wireless" internet with an Eero router by amazon free to use. Now my pc is freezing, curser disappears and running apps I don't recognize. Turns out only thing wireless is from router to my devices I am one of several dozen "networks" on one ethernet ? Cant access basic apps either. Yet when i use another secured network, there's no problems.....help>
