New HP laptop not detecting bluetooth devices.

I have a new HP business laptop with Win 11. I can't get the computer to detect ANY bluetooth device. The BT keyboard works properly with a different computer. My BT mouse connects properly to a different computer. I've run a diagnostic on the computer and it finds the BT radio is working properly. The BT emblem shows up in the tray. What else can I try?
